WHY IS THERE NO MIST COMING OUT OF MY TANREVEL?
Make sure that your Tanrevel reservoir is full and the battery is charged. Try opening and closing the front slider as it may have timed out after 40 seconds. Give the mist some time to pass through the device. The Nano Mist functions best when held in a vertical position.
My tan is coming out streaky…
You may be holding your appliance too close to your skin or moving it too slowly. Try using your tanning device from a greater distance and work in slow but steady motions focusing on one area at a time.
Can I use any tanning solutions or skincare products in my Tanrevel?
No. Tanrevel liquid have been specially formulated to be atomized in the device. Regular skincare/tanning solutions will block up the spray nozzle of the machine.
How long does it takes to charge the batteries?
It will take around 2 hours for the tanning device to go from depleted battery to fully charged.
How long does the refill last?
One bottle of Tanrevel liquid lasts for around 2-3 months and should be used within 8 months after opening the bottle.
Do i have to prepare my skin before using tanrevel?
To exfoliate the skin the day before using a self tan is probably one of the most important steps in achieving an even, beautiful tan.
What does the liquid contain?
Deionized Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Dihydroxyacetone (Organic), Ethoxydiglycol, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Glycerin, Ceteareth-12, Cetyl Palmitate, Caramel, Walnut Extract, Polysorbate 20, Tocopheryl Actetate (Vitamin E), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).
HOW LONG TILL I CAN USE MAKEUP OR WASH MY FACE AFTER USING TANREVEL?
Our recommendation is to not use any liquid makeup within 1-2 hours after the usage of Tanrevel.
However, our customers have different ways of using Tanrevel since it really is a universal product: Some of our loved customers use it together with makeup in their morning routine, and some use it just before going to bed.
Our recommendation is that you do not wash your face within 2 hours after you have used Tanrevel.
Is the tanrevel liquid cruelty free?
The Tanrevel liquid is both cruelty-free and PETAcertified (vegan).
